S/4HANA Rollout South Europe — Essity Stepped in as Stream Lead (Inventory Management) during the UAT phase of a South European S/4HANA rollout covering Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal. Reduced open defects from 180 to 45 through focused team management, eliminated unstructured communication channels, and delivered a go-live documentation strategy confirmed effective by stakeholders after launch.

CK Integrations LTD delivered senior-level SAP consuling in the supply chain area and solution architecture consulting from Tel Aviv between 2022 and 2024 — combining deep enterprise expertise with the agility to serve both large-scale rollout programs and early-stage technology companies. Clients ranged from one of Germany’s largest electrical wholesale distributors to an Israeli machine learning-driven manufacturing startup.

Hexight — ML-SAP Integration Strategy Designed and delivered the integration strategy and API architecture connecting Hexight’s machine learning production optimization engine to SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. Supported 3 live client implementations in the manufacturing sector — improving inventory turnover and reducing raw material holding costs.

Self-Billing Solutions Designed and implemented automated self-billing solutions for key accounts end-to-end, cutting invoice processing time by 60%.

From 2020 to mid-2022, Christian led Henkel’s global SAP integration function through one of its most demanding periods — overseeing a worldwide team of up to 12 specialists and a concurrent project portfolio spanning four active programs across logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, and supply chain digitalization.

Seven years as Henkel’s principal integration architect produced the standards, templates, and rollout methodology that made global SAP deployments repeatable at scale. Operating across a matrix of 25 stakeholders from logistics, IT, and business, Christian designed the EDI and integration architecture that underpinned every major logistics, customer, and manufacturing system connection worldwide — from EDIFACT-based 3PL integrations to the first API-led warehouse model.

As SAP Senior Consultant at Henkel from 2010 to 2013, Christian built the technical and cross-functional expertise that later scaled to global program leadership. The role spanned EDI implementation, SAP Logistics Execution and Sales & Distribution consulting, ITIL-aligned standards development, and ERP integration for acquired companies.

The role combined hands-on system deployment with operational DBA responsibilities — providing foundational experience in aligning enterprise systems with manufacturing business processes and the operational realities of production environments.

At Mesonic Software GmbH, Christian specialized in ERP software product development and implementation — working directly with clients on deployment and adoption.
